Accommodations

We have four  individually decorated rooms. There is superior suite apartment with queen size bed, a pull out couch, and small kitchen that can accommodate 3-4 people. All rooms come with private bath, television, air conditioning and free wireless Internet.The Williston Village Inn does not provide breakfast, snacks or beverages to its guests at this time. We have equipped each room with a mini fridge and Keurig coffee machine with a variety of Green Mountain coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

A roll-away bed and baby crib are available upon request. Rates are based upon double occupancy. Extra person charge is $55.00. Room rates will vary with the season and are subject to change. Rates do not include the Vermont Meals and Lodging Tax. Cash, Check, Visa & MasterCard are accepted.

Please Note: All rooms are Non-Smoking. Pets Not allowed.

Weekends during peak season may require a two-night stay.

All reservations require a deposit equal to the full amount of their stay, plus 10% Vermont tax, payable by credit card.

All transactions will incur a 3% processing fee applied at checkout.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy below:

• Cancellation within 24 hours of booking: You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of making the reservation and receive a full refund, provided the cancellation is made at least 10 days before your scheduled arrival date.

• Cancellation more than 24 hours after booking and 10 or more days before arrival: A $100 cancellation fee will be charged. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

• Cancellation within 10 days of your scheduled arrival: You will be charged the full cost of your stay, and no refund will be provided.

(i.e. occupants who reserve one room for two nights and wish to cancel their second nights stay 10 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the cancelled rooms rate. If cancelled within 10 days, they will be charged the full amount of the cancelled rooms rate).

This policy also applies to parties reserving multiple rooms.
(i.e. occupants who reserve two rooms for one night and wish to cancel one room 10 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the cancelled rooms rate. If they wish to cancel the second room within 10 days of arrival, they will be charged the full amount of the cancelled rooms rate.)
